Workplace Support Specialist

This role is pivotal in interpreting and implementing policies to address workplace concerns across APAC.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in applying employment laws and standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fair and timely investigations into allegations of policy violations or local law breaches.
  • Ensure investigation processes and disciplinary proceedings are handled fairly, thoroughly and on time.
  • Advise teams on local investigation processes and support disciplinary actions for non-policy violations.
  • Review decision-making consistency and advise on local Reorganization processes.
