We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fitness Consultant to join our team at Goodlife Health Clubs. As a Fitness Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey

About You:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

What We Offer:

  • A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
