About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your sales skills and hospitality knowledge to identify, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, across a range of hospitality roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with hospitality industry trends and market demands to remain competitive and knowledgeable.

Requirements

  • Sales Skills: You have a drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Hospitality Experience: You bring a strong & senior hospitality background and are eager to connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities in the industry.
  • Relationship Building: Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to create trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.
