The opportunity:

Fitness and Lifestyle Consultants play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

The role is highly varied and has two clear goals – achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. Fitness and Lifestyle Consultants are experts in all things Goodlife, providing seamless interactions with prospective and current members.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive member journeys via personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly contact new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that boost results and amplify experience

About you:

  • Certified in First Aid & CPR
  • Able to build rapport with diverse individuals, eager to help others succeed in their goals
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others
  • Tenacious with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

What we offer:

Salary: Approximately $70,000-$75,000 (including base salary and commission), plus superannuation.
