The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and customer service experience, with the ability to hit KPIs and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.


Prior experience of managing a team and mentoring others is highly regarded, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.


The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and have a strong understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily workflow of the club's member support consultants to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
  • Deliver sales training to develop the member support consultants team
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team
  • Support the club manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth

About You:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs
  • Strong understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics
  • Prior experience of managing and mentoring a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive OTE of $80,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
