Support the team by monitoring remuneration arrangements, disclosures, and market benchmarking to ensure compliance with regulations.
Draft clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint presentations tailored for senior management, boards, and regulatory bodies.
Advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, producing board packs and disclosures for regulatory reporting purposes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on year-end processes for the Remuneration Report, which is published annually.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You will need to be able to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with senior management, boards, and regulatory bodies.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards is necessary to ensure compliance.
