The role of a Remuneration Governance Specialist is crucial in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that all remuneration-related materials are accurate and well-structured.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, the Board, and regulators to deliver high-quality materials and advise on compliance with remuneration regulation.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring peer remuneration arrangements, disclosures, and market benchmarking.
This includes drafting clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint presentations tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and structure of remuneration-related materials.
- Working closely with senior management, the Board, and regulators to deliver high-quality materials.
- Monitoring peer remuneration arrangements, disclosures, and market benchmarking.
