About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Remuneration & Benefits is responsible for leading the Asia Pacific (ASPAC) region's rewards strategy in alignment with a global remuneration framework.

  • Develop and implement a localized remuneration and benefits strategy that supports performance-based rewards and aligns with ASPAC business goals.
  • Engage with Serco's global rewards network to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to business leaders, support bid teams, and contribute to gender pay equity initiatives.
  • Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, executive compensation, and global mobility governance.
  • Promote a culture of recognition and performance through aligned reward systems.
  • Ensure adherence to global frameworks, local regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a localized remuneration and benefits strategy that supports performance-based rewards and aligns with ASPAC business goals.
  • Global Collaboration: Engage with a global rewards network to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Business Partnership: Provide expert advice to business leaders, support bid teams, and contribute to gender pay equity initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, executive compensation, and global mobility governance.
  • Performance & Recognition: Promote a culture of recognition and performance through aligned reward systems.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to global frameworks, local regulations, and internal policies.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external providers to enhance non-monetary benefits and EVP.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering remuneration programs and strategies.
  • Proven ability to work independently in mid to large-sized organisations while partnering with global teams.
  • Adept at juggling competing priorities while maintaining focus on both strategic and administrative aspects of the role.
  • Prior experience working closely with executive leadership, particularly on executive-level remuneration strategies.
  • Experience in job architecture and organisational design is highly regarded.
