**About Them**

This role is offering hybrid working with 2 - 3 days in Sydney CBD and 2 days WFH on a 12 month fixed term contract.

**About the Role**
Due to a number of transformation projects taking place, my client is seeking a Remuneration Specialist to join their highly collaborative People and Culture Team as an extra resource. In this role you will be working closely with the Remuneration and Benefits manager to provide support and advice to managers in implementing and maintaining the Rem and Benefits strategy and associated policies, procedures and processes.

In this role you will conduct job evaluations, benchmarking analysis, and remuneration calculations as well as manage benchmarking survey data collection.

**About You**
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in a similar role. You will have an understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and salary structures. You will be known for your strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
