Compensation and Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Rewards Specialist to play a key role in supporting the delivery and governance of our rewards and equity strategies.

  • This includes administering reward programs, supporting remuneration reviews and enabling pay equity and compliance reporting.

About the Role

  • You will report to the People Analytics & Rewards Manager.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to drive data-driven insights and support business decisions.
  • You will ensure our people practices are competitive, inclusive and aligned to organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the delivery of the annual remuneration and performance review process.
  2. Maintain the job evaluation framework as part of Business As Usual (BAU).
  3. Administer incentive schemes, including eligibility tracking, data preparation for calculation, coordination of approvals.
  4. Prepare and maintain regular reports and/or dashboards on pay equity, STI distribution and employee reward metrics.
  5. Work closely with the Systems & Compliance team to identify and resolve data or configuration issues affecting remuneration processes.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in HR, remuneration, rewards or similar field.
  • A strong interest in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and how it links to fair pay.
  • A solid understanding of remuneration/bonus review process, job evaluation and pay frameworks.
  • Strong reporting skills with advanced MS Excel capabilities, and familiarity with BI tools (or as keen interest to learn).
  • Great communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and can-do attitude.
