At our bank, we're looking for a talented Remuneration Specialist to join our People and Culture Division.

The successful candidate will work closely with our P&C team and business leaders to provide expert advice on employee remuneration, performance management, and benefits.

- Provide best practice guidance and analytical support to our P&C team and leaders in the business on remuneration, performance matters, and benefits matters.
- Be an integral contributor to the delivery of the annual end of review process, including planning, communication, delivery, and online system management and training.
- Contribute to the implementation and delivery of remuneration and benefits policies and practices across the organisation.
- Support and deliver ad-hoc projects or initiatives across the team, including support setting strategies, fixed and variable compensation, employee benefits, performance, and recognition programs that drive a high-performance culture aligned to our strategic deliverables.
- Lead and support projects relating to performance, reward, and governance initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, sound financial and data analytical ability, quantitative skills, intermediate financial modeling skills, and excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
