The role sits within our Reward and People Operations team, reporting to our Executive Manager, Reward and People Operations. You will provide specialist remuneration and benefits support, ensuring that our programs support the attraction and retention of talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialist remuneration and benefits support
  • Managing and delivering key cyclical remuneration processes
  • Contributing perspective and thought leadership in all areas of remuneration
  • Mentoring and developing the People and Culture business partnering team
  • Oversighting the day-to-day operation of our remuneration framework
