
Global Remuneration Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Remuneration Governance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support the team in monitoring peer remuneration arrangements, disclosures, and market benchmarking.
This involves drafting clear, concise, and well-structured materials for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies. Additionally, the analyst will advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs and disclosures for regulatory reporting.
The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders (Investor Relations, Risk Management, Finance) on year-end processes for the Remuneration Report, which is published annually.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or remuneration-related role, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
About the Role
The Remuneration Governance Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality materials for senior management, the Board, and regulators, ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations.
This is a global financial services group operating in multiple markets.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
- High numeracy skills and an interest in analyzing numerical data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel skills are preferred.
