Job Title: Clinical Coordinator

The Specialist Harmful Sexual Behaviours (HSB) Program provides a specialist, trauma-safe and culturally safe response to children and young people who are displaying harmful sexual behaviours.

This is an opportunity to work holistically with all those around the child or young person to support their healing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Counsellor and Aboriginal Outreach Support Worker positions for the Specialist HSB Program.
  • Assist children and young people in recovering from the harmful impacts of trauma.
  • Work with families and communities to support children and young people in the healing process.

Requirements:

  • A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.
  • Knowledge of and experience in working with children and young people who have been impacted by trauma and those who display harmful sexual behaviours.
  • A Masters level qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Aboriginal Studies or a related field with clinical experience.
  • Valid and current Driver's Licence.
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check.
