This dynamic hybrid role based out of our CBD office is the perfect blend of operational oversight, sales, and a commitment to delivering excellence in quality and training.

**About the Role**:
In this diverse role, you will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, quality assurance, and effective training across multiple sites. Your time will be split into:

- **60% Operations & Labour Hire Sales**: Overseeing the operations of **three sites**(with plans to expand) and driving sales for labour hire services.
- **40% Quality, Training & Auditing**: Auditing **multiple sites**, delivering tailored training programs, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the assigned sites, focusing on efficiency and client satisfaction.
- **Labour Hire Sales**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and grow our labour hire services.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct audits across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- **Training**: Develop and deliver training programs tailored to site needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the State General Manager to align operational goals with overall business strategy.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the State GM, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
