About the Role

  • This is a 6-week contract position based in the CBD, requiring you to be in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday.
  • You will provide high-level support to the CEO, managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the CEO by preparing reports, briefing papers, presentations, and other documentation.
  2. Manage information flow to and from the CEO's office, ensuring timely progression of projects.
  3. Organize committee meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and minute-taking.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
