Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Director to lead our client's strategic planning initiatives. This dynamic role involves overseeing the organization's long-term goals, developing actionable plans, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a leadership position within a major buying group, franchise organization, or similar sectors. A strong understanding of category management is essential for this role.

The Senior Operations Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business
  • Engaging with senior suppliers to develop and review strategic partnerships
  • Improving the buying power of members
  • Identifying marketing activities and events to assist members in growing their business
  • Managing administration, category management, and finance functions
  • Delivering on critical IT projects and other value-added services
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Assisting the Board with agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and action points

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
