Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and lead the development and delivery of major proposals across our advisory, sustainability and environmental services portfolio. As a successful Regional Bid Manager, you will oversee the preparation of high-value, multi-disciplinary bids across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Manage the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity assessment through to proposal submission and post-bid reviews.
  • Develop compelling and client-focused content that positions us as the consultant of choice in complex and competitive pursuits.
  • Build strong relationships across regions to align resources and insights for each unique opportunity.
  • Influence win strategies and continuously improve bid quality and process excellence.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of leading and winning major bids in the consulting or professional services sector, preferably within environmental, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience coordinating multi-region, multi-discipline proposals with complex stakeholder environments.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly collaborative, commercially astute, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and regional bid requirements is highly advantageous.
