Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned National Sales and Business Development Strategist to drive growth, build relationships, and set high standards in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, driving trust and loyalty.
  2. Conduct impactful phone and in-person meetings and deliver compelling presentations.
  3. Strategically research and identify prospective customers to expand our client base.
  4. Craft persuasive proposals and quotations that reflect our high standards and value.
  5. Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  6. Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to streamline sales efforts.
  7. Analyse market potential, identifying high-value opportunities for growth.
  8. Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities for new products and services.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the Critical Power Industry, specifically in sales.
  • SUCCESS in hitting targets and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and adaptability with work hours.

BGIS is a dynamic company looking to step up in the Critical Power Industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
