**About the Role**: In this role, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, collaborating with our Marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns that resonate with our customers. You will leverage the power of direct marketing and digital channels to deliver personalised experiences that drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyse data using Teradata SQL and in-house campaign management tools.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Westpac databases, data structures, and analytical procedures. Master core software packages for analysis.
  • Share knowledge with team members to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Present optimisation results, key findings, and improvement suggestions to stakeholders.
  • Develop and present new data-driven opportunities.
  • Identify and implement improvements in analysis, data, and campaign processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
