We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Strategist to join our team in Sydney. This role is full-time/part-time negotiable.

Job Description

This role will be pivotal in fostering long-term partnerships, growth, and maximizing stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Client Relationships Management: Partner, build, and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as their advocate within the agency and the voice of Leo Burnett externally, ensuring needs are met with high-quality innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Management: Brief, collaborate, and oversee the implementation and delivery of integrated campaigns across the client portfolio.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams of experienced strategists, creatives, and producers to develop integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee, maintain, and ensure portfolio profitability, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and implementing effective processes.
  4. Leadership: Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages professional growth and development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has 8+ years' experience in Account Management, preferably within an advertising communications agency environment.

They should possess excellent stakeholder management techniques, confident and influential communication skills, superb organizational abilities, and a genuine love for effective creative work.
