As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Communication Strategy/Plan, which identifies objectives, success indicators, audiences, stakeholders, key messages, implementation timeline, measures of impact, and risks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading development and implementation of a Communication Strategy/Plan
* Using all relevant communications tools, including media, social media, and public diplomacy levers
* Monitoring key opportunities for strategic messaging
* Providing technical communications advice, including on branding
* Leading design of materials for the Falepili Union webpage
* Regular engagement with relevant Department\u2019s internal and whole-of-government stakeholders
* Consultation with the relevant Falepili Union Program Managers and Designers
* Drafting of public information on complex immigration and bilateral issues
* Drafting key products such as media releases, media backgrounders, remarks/speeches, TPs, social media content, etc.

Deliverables will include:

* Communication Strategy/Plan
* Social Media Plan
* Media, Webpage, Public Diplomacy, and Public Information Products
