Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality cost estimates and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse contractor bids to identify opportunities for value creation
  • Create detailed estimates and cost plans for key projects
  • Evaluate project scopes and assess potential gaps in cost planning
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of local rates for use in all estimates
  • Optimise project costs against budget through accurate estimating
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership throughout design and construction stages
  • Build strong relationships with partners across the business
  • Support effective project management through excellent cost documentation
Requirements
  • Increasing scope and responsibility as an Electrical or MEP Estimator
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate technical data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Collaborative team environment
  • Dynamic work setting managing priorities and deadlines
  • Building strong relationships through shared purpose and openness
