Electrical Estimator Leader
About the Role:The Electrical Estimator Leader will play a key part in the delivery of electrical projects, providing expert estimations and cost management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed estimates for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor junior estimators, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present tender responses, highlighting value-added services and solutions.
- Licensed Electrician or a Bachelor of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in electrical estimation, preferably in renewables and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and proficiency in estimating software.
- Solid understanding of HV/LV single-line diagrams (SLDs) and electrical installation codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
