Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement consistent commercial People and Culture solutions that meet business needs
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance development, talent management, onboarding, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, and wellbeing
  • Drive and support culture and engagement initiatives
  • Conduct and report on onboarding processes and exit interviews
  • Maintain strong business partnerships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2 years generalist HR experience
  • Impressive relationship building skills
  • Possess a passion for coaching and mentoring
  • Extremely high attention to detail and time management skills
  • Advanced PC skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mind
  • Adaptability, initiative, and great communication skills
