- Conduct and report on onboarding processes and exit interviews
- Maintain strong business partnerships with stakeholders
- 2 years generalist HR experience
- Impressive relationship building skills
- Possess a passion for coaching and mentoring
- Extremely high attention to detail and time management skills
- Advanced PC skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mind
- Adaptability, initiative, and great communication skills
- Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience
