About the Role

We are seeking a talented People & Culture Officer to join our team in Sydney. This is a permanent part-time position, working 30 hours per week (days to be negotiated). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the employee experience, including recruitment and onboarding, WHS coordination, and employee engagement. This is a hybrid role, with the ability to work primarily from home and occasional visits to our pet hotels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the employee experience, including recruitment and onboarding, WHS coordination, and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with the People & Culture Manager to develop and implement HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Manager, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to support the growth and development of the People & Culture function.
