About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Partnering Specialist - People & Culture to join our team. This role will involve partnering with frontline leaders to achieve business objectives and develop their teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People & Culture, ideally within advisory and operational implementation focused roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to frontline leaders in operational businesses.">
  • Implement P&C plans and processes throughout the annual P&C lifecycle.">
  • Drive improvement and contribute to high-impact change initiatives.">
  • Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievance and disciplinary investigations, and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.">
  • Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A well-rounded experience in People & Culture, ideally within advisory and operational implementation-focused roles.">
  • Large organization exposure, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.">
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.">
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People & Culture projects.">
  • An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.">
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.">
