About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the enhancement of employee engagement and the streamlining of recruitment processes. This dynamic and challenging position will see you working closely with the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the entire recruitment process, from job advertising and resume screening to interview coordination, candidate communication, and pre-employment screening checks.
  • Onboarding Champion: Be the first point of contact for new hires, guiding them through a seamless and engaging onboarding process that fosters a strong connection to our company culture.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist with organizing employee well-being and recognition programs, team building events, and feedback initiatives that enhance workplace culture, inclusivity, and employee resilience.
  • HR Documentation Management: Assist with the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of HR-related documentation, data, policies, practices, and records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organizational standards.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Professional Development: Assist with identifying and organizing training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities for employees.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to generate reports that inform decision-making, support strategic planning, and maintain compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Be an Australian citizen, eligible to hold and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
