Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused National Key Account Coordinator to manage our portfolio of national key accounts. As the main point of contact for our most important customers, you will provide superior service and support, contributing to the long-term growth and success of Veolia.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Perform data entry, integrity checks, and analysis to maintain accurate records and optimize account management.
- Identify and resolve queries within required timelines, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain contractual and administrative requirements for national key accounts, including account setup, reporting, invoicing, and servicing.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Self-sufficient with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
