Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team at CSR. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and nurturing robust connections with Key Reseller Customers in NSW/ACT through a methodical and polished approach.
You will utilise data-driven insights to pinpoint collaborative opportunities throughout the entire value chain. Employ exceptional communication and relationship-building ability to foster enduring partnerships both within the organisation and externally, ultimately driving achievement of strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- A tenacious and ambitious individual, genuinely hungry for a challenge which will turbo charge their career growth, as well as develop and solidify next-level Commercial management capability.
- Highly numerate and analytical - excellent Ms Excel skills and experience in financial model building (customer P&L modelling) is highly desired
- Superb communicator both verbal and written supported by good Ms Powerpoint skills.
- Develop and implement key account plans that result in continuous share growth for CSR and align these with desired customer growthoutcomes.
- Leverage CRM Project Tracking to identify appropriate Commercial segment opportunities and negotiate with the internal Commercial team to determine which ones to assign to resellers vs service direct.
- A minimum of 5 years business development / commercial planning experience.
- Experience of the building industry or construction materials is desirable.
- Experience in influencing and negotiating commercial outcomes that deliver win-win outcomes.
- An ability to analyse and structure data to tell compelling commercial stories.
- An ability to author and deliver professional presentations to key stakeholders.
