About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Impact HR Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their sales objectives are met with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing customer accounts to create new opportunities for growth.
  • Be the go-to person for your accounts and provide a high level of service to your clients.
  • Participate in customer meetings, discussing performance updates and upcoming projects.
Requirements
  • Critical to success will be proven experience in Account Management/Sales in a B2B environment for a minimum of 2 years within any industry.
  • You must have the ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts.
  • You should effectively communicate the services on offer and convert sales.
  • You are self-motivated and have a professional approach to your work.
  • You have exceptional people and networking skills.
  • You hold Intermediate computer skills with a good understanding of applications such as CRM's, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You possess key personality traits and characteristics including positivity, drive, tenacity, analytical, a continuous improvement mindset, and results-focused.
  • You hold a valid Australian car license.
