You will utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint collaborative opportunities throughout the entire value chain and employ exceptional communication and relationship-building ability to foster enduring partnerships both within the organisation and externally.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years business development/commercial planning experience and experience of the building industry or construction materials is desirable.

- Highly numerate and analytical - excellent Ms Excel skills and experience in financial model building (customer P&L modelling) is highly desired
- Superb communicator both verbal and written supported by good Ms Powerpoint skills.
- Develop and implement key account plans that result in continuous share growth for CSR and align these with desired customer growthoutcomes.
- Leverage CRM Project Tracking to identify appropriate Commercial segment opportunities and negotiate with the internal Commercial team to determine which ones to assign to resellers vs service direct.
