We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our front office and guest services team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the front office and guest services team to achieve high service standards.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, showcasing empathy and urgency.
- Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times to ensure a warm welcome for our guests.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to drive consistent operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor service standards and coach team members on continuous improvement strategies.
- Support payroll, scheduling, and administrative processes to maintain accurate records.
- Implement effective guest recognition programs and service recovery plans to boost guest satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions and support team development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to property policies and ensure fair, consistent application.
- Assist with front desk duties during high-demand periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
- A proven track record in guest services, front desk, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage teams and drive results.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically to resolve complex issues.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A solid understanding of hotel systems, budgets, and service standards.
- NSW RSA certification and full working rights in Australia.
