Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Manager plays a pivotal role in the hotel's operational hierarchy, overseeing and guiding staff to ensure seamless departmental performance. They collaborate with the General Manager on pre-opening tasks, assume responsibility for day-to-day operations, and participate in cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collecting data and generating reports on departmental activities and performance
  • Providing information and/or reports to guests, colleagues, hotel representatives, and external agencies
  • Active participation in evaluating internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient services
  • Assuming Manager on Duty (MOD) duties when required
  • Conducting monthly team meetings to keep desk associates informed about new policies, promotions, and procedures
  • Participating in Executive team meetings

The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated knowledge of customer service, previous management experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, and proven expertise in customer relations and guest services through extensive practical experience.
