Project Manager - Strategic Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across our global business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and budgeted outcomes.

In this role, you will have comprehensive management of high-impact projects while guiding people, processes, and stakeholder interactions essential for successful change adoption throughout the organisation.

Operating within our Global Marketing Operations and Digital sectors, this position merges structured project delivery with human-centric change leadership to ensure that business outcomes are achieved sustainably.

A strong blend of program coordination, strategic foresight, and communication skills is essential—emphasising adaptability, stakeholder trust, and commercial awareness in a complex, multi-brand B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete planning and delivery of strategic projects
  • Coordinate globally for clear accountability
  • Identify risks and implement mitigations
  • Prioritise to achieve timely, budgeted outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in project, change, or transformation management, preferably in global B2B settings
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) applied across business units
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery styles
  • Experience in marketing, digital, sales enablement, or customer-facing transformation within B2B
  • Proficient in project planning tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira)
