Business Development Manager: Driving Growth

Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will work closely with the head of Sales to build lists of sales leads and pitch these prospects to build Eftsure's client list in accordance with targets provided. This role will have regular communication with the rest of the sales team to discuss what new leads are currently in the pipeline.
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients and fostering relationships.
- Rundetail-oriented sales demonstrations with prospective customers to showcase our services.
- Negotiate sales contracts, including terms of service, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate IT, compliance & legal reviews to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Strive to obtain signed contracts from customers, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Handover customers to the Customer Success Team for continued support and growth.
