Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Salt Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand our service offerings.
- Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and plans, aligned with our organisation's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless delivery of our services and maximise revenue potential.
About You:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for driving business growth and success.
