At Datadog, we're building a strategic partner ecosystem for our multi-cloud monitoring product. As a Partner Sales Manager, you'll identify and recruit new partners, drive revenue growth, and foster ongoing relationships.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and recruiting new strategic CSP/MSP and SI partners to drive revenue growth
  • Enabling and activating existing partners through training, planning, and joint selling activities
  • Coordinating the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches
  • Hosting regular business reviews with partners to drive accountability and report on success metrics
  • Working hand-in-hand with Datadog's regional enterprise and commercial sales organizations
  • Generating partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-lasting partnerships
  • The ability to quickly comprehend technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them to others verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
  • Native and professional English language skills
