Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Super Retail Group. As an Assistant Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our inventory management team to achieve excellence in back-of-house operations.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of inventory management specialists to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management practices.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to ensure seamless inventory management processes.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management and leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
