About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy to a paediatric caseload, focusing on direct support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
  • Conduct day-to-day assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload, utilizing one-on-one interventions grounded in evidence-based practice.
  • Deliver services in our clinic space, client homes, schools, and via telehealth, administering assessments, providing direct and indirect intervention, and liaising with families, teachers, professionals, and support staff.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Passion for making a difference, with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for families.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with children and/or disability, with confidence in your role with children and their parents.
  • Compliance with AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, First Aid Training, and Driver's License & Vehicle.
