At the University of South Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in UniSA Education Futures.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for academic programs and research activities, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, classrooms, and laboratory facilities. With excellent organisational skills, you will be able to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines while working autonomously and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $61,736 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. This remuneration package reflects the importance of your role in supporting the academic programs and research activities at the University of South Australia.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing equipment, classrooms, and laboratory facilities for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching;
  • Maintaining and installing specialist equipment in various spaces, including Gymnasiums, ovals, hardcourt, and dance spaces;
  • Providing technical support for academic programs and research activities;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
