Establish Strategic Business Partnerships

This role involves building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Workforce Australia providers, employers, schools, and community organizations, to facilitate enrollment into nationally recognized training.
- Foster business relationships by generating new leads and converting them into students
- Negotiate and communicate effectively with employers to discuss training opportunities for existing workers and employment opportunities for job seekers
- Develop and maintain professional connections with Workforce Australia providers to offer training and employment opportunities for job seekers
- Create vocational placement opportunities for students when needed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A comprehensive understanding of Jobs & Skills programs in WA
- Motivation, energy, and a self-starter mindset to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and students from diverse backgrounds
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives
- Prior experience in business development is an asset
