Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to help us achieve leadership in the digital insurance market. This role will involve shaping and developing key relationships with top-tier brokers, driving engagement across all lines of business, and fostering collaborative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships to identify opportunities for growth and revenue increase.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to deliver a cohesive value proposition across all segments.
  • Drive effective communication and transparency across broker relationships and internal teams.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to develop strategies for market advantage.
  • Design and implement multi-level relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
  • Represent the company at industry events and ensure consistent messaging in partnership with marketing and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
  • Membership of ANZIIF CIP or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
  • Experience in relationship/strategic selling, ideally within insurance.
  • Operational management experience and a passion for driving business growth.
