Job Title: Research Manager - Insight Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager - Insight Leader to lead our research activity across Teachers Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business activity and communicating insights into the organisation.
About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Lead the research activity across Teachers Health to support business activity and communicate insights into the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align insight outcomes and implement best practices.
- Translate complex research principles and outcomes into actionable insights.
- Facilitate communication between Teachers Health and providers to deliver timely outcomes.
- Actively work with the Broader Data teams on augmenting data and ensuring research data is embedded into reporting.
- Lead the end-to-end Voice of Customer (VoC) program across touchpoint identification, survey design, execution and insight dissemination.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Degree qualification in research or related field.
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
