Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end Voice of Customer (VoC) program, including touchpoint identification, survey design, execution, and insight dissemination
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align insight outcomes and implement best practices
  • Translate complex research principles and outcomes into actionable insights
  • Facilitate communication between Teachers Health and providers to deliver timely outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Degree qualification in research or related field
  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
