Senior Business Development Manager

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth in South Australia and regional NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching new products, sales growth, and managing large sales teams. They will be responsible for developing a business growth strategy, retaining current customers, identifying new business opportunities, and analysing market trends to inform marketing and growth plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Making policies and plans for achieving business growth in consultation with senior management team
  • Retain current customers and grow current business with customers by strengthening relationships
  • Develop and identify new business opportunities for growth in new areas
  • Active market research of competitors, their activities and planning counter strategies on pricing and servicing standards
  • Managing and negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring profitability for the Company
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage and target new prospects for business growth
  • Analyse, Review and amend company marketing and growth plans
  • Requirements:
  • You have minimum 7-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have successful and proven record of launching new products
  • You have proven track record of sales growth
  • Proven record of managing large sales team and channel partners
  • You have an undergraduate degree
  • Ability to manage and build strong team
