
Driving Business Growth as a Mortgage Professional

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining business relationships with our network of brokers. Your expertise in mortgage lending and third-party intermediary spaces will enable you to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage a sales funnel and follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion
- Help educate brokers around all loan opportunities and how it can drive their business growth
- Support broader business initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and broker / customer satisfaction
You will be responsible for providing a delightful experience to brokers and their customers in relation to new loan enquiries, applications, or existing loans.
Requirements- Demonstrated excellence in business development, sales and relationship management
- Experience in the banking, non-bank and finance industries, specifically within the broker space
- Proven experience in growing a panel of brokers
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets
- Working knowledge of the banking industry, Australian housing market, and regulatory environment
