Marketing Leader Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the field marketing strategy and execution for ASEAN and ANZ regions, in close alignment with regional sales leadership. This role requires a strong data-led mindset, ability to interpret marketing performance metrics, and clearly demonstrate ROI to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive regional growth and expansion.
  • Act as the primary bridge between APJ field marketing and global marketing functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Drive program excellence and consistency across all APJ sub-regions, leveraging market insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions.

This senior leadership role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing, APJ and is pivotal to regional success. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology, with a strong background in field marketing, demand generation, and/or channel marketing.

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading regional or cross-country marketing teams in complex, matrixed global organizations.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team of four direct reports, cultivating a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

A deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and ABX methodologies is essential for this role. You will act as a central orchestrator, aligning cross-functional priorities while empowering the field to activate programs locally.
