Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy for inbound lead activity targeting prospect accountants and bookkeepers.
  • Owning the end-to-end growth strategy for Accountant & Bookkeeper partner acquisition across multiple markets.
  • Driving measurable growth in qualified lead volume and quality through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Testing and validating new channel opportunities based on emerging technologies and market shifts.
  • Connecting global campaigns to business priorities and regional targets.
  • Designing and executing growth-focused campaigns using systematic A/B testing and optimization frameworks.
  • Building scalable acquisition funnels that drive consistent lead volume growth while improving qualification rates.
  • Implementing growth hacking techniques across multiple channels to accelerate partner acquisition.
  • Leading cross-functional campaign strategy ensuring alignment between product marketing, regional marketing, and performance teams.
  • Enhancing lead quality improvement through advanced segmentation, scoring, and nurturing strategies.
  • Supporting conversion rate optimization across major touchpoints in the partner acquisition journey.
  • Analyzing funnel performance data to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Driving sales alignment through data-driven insights and optimized lead handoff processes.
  • Championing a growth mindset across partner marketing organization through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Influencing product and content strategy based on acquisition performance insights.
  • Forecasting and measuring impact and recommending campaign improvements.
Requirements:
  • A track record of strong impact / revenue growth.
  • Experience working in global marketing function and high growth, competitive environment.
  • Previous experience working with lead generation teams (performance marketing, SEO, CRO).
  • Experimental based approach.
  • Experience working in teams developing/enhancing multi-touch attribution systems.
  • Deep analytical, data-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales tech and lead management processes.
  • Strong CRM knowledge, preferably comfortable with Salesforce.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Commercial focus and ability to calculate and articulate ROI.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships remotely and across timezones.
  • Strong communication skills.
