**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Member Services:** Provide administrative support to our membership-based organization, including communication with members, tracking of communications, and maintenance of accurate records.
  • **Event Support:** Assist with the management of regular events, including social media management, email marketing, and tracking of event details.
  • **Committee Coordination & Support:** Liaise with committee members to prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and other tasks as directed.
  • **General Office Administration:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including reception duties, boardroom diary management, mail management, and maintenance of office supplies.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a membership-based organization or property industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
